Mrs. Shakespeare, Will's first & last love
Mark her words! Meet Mrs Shakespeare who tells all (what you didn't hear in Shakespeare in Love!) in this intimate 75-minute one-woman featuring sonnets, songs, and soliloquies woven with an original script by Pittsburgh actress Yvonne Hudson. A jewel of show performed in a regional treasure, the English Nationality Room in Pitt's Cathedral of Learning, first floor. On stage once a month for lovers, maids, bachelors--even those new to Will's works! The Off Off Broadway Review wrote: "Hudson molded a character of tender nobility and courage out of history's fragmentary knowledge of Shakespeare's other half...."
